Proverbs 31:27 – Tsadey

This verse begins with tsadey, the Hebrew letter that depicts a reaping hook. This verse tells us that after the virtuous woman has been faithful to sow in all areas mentioned in the previous verses, she will reap her spiritual harvest.
It begins by saying, “She looks well to the ways of her household,” but literally this means, “She is spiritually alert to what is going on in her home.”
Sometimes everything looks right in the natural, but my wife knows in her spirit that something is wrong in the home – whether it is with me, our children, or something else. she is spiritually alert because she has not been idle regarding the Word of God. She has been faithful to study and pray, and this has made her spiritually senesitive.
When a wife’s priorities are right and her time with the Lord comes before everything else, her husband and children are blessed in all areas of their lives. Then she knows how to pray for them, how to advise them adn what to do for them.
This verse introduces the harvest of blessings she receives, as noted in the final verses.
