I recently came across something that Sir Fred Hoyle, one of the world’s leading astronomers, said during a speech at the British Academy of Science. He said, “Let’s be scientifically honest. The probability of life arising to greater and greater complexity by chance through evolution is the same probability as having a tornado tear through a junkyard and form a Boeing 747 jetliner.” He calculated the chance of life being the result of random chance as being 1.e+40000.
Just a thought about the love and glory of God on this beatuful Friday.
